Representative Director
Cho Heejoon
Cho spent twenty years at the forefront of the investment industry at an international securities firm, heading the Japanese equity sales division. In this role, he led the formulation and execution of sales strategies, team management, and development of client relationships.
He subsequently entered the startup industry as the Japanese Representative Director of Wanted Japan, followed by his tenure as Representative Director and President of NAPS Co., Ltd., where he engaged in cross-border management consulting between Japan and Korea, overseeing multiple successful business-to-business investments and business partnerships.
Cho also joined TGC Square Pte. Ltd., the corporate venture capital arm of the Korean conglomerate SK Group, as Chief Investment Officer, leading investments in the deep tech sector including semiconductors and battery technologies. He graduated from the School of Economics, Osaka University.

Senior Principal
Hiroaki Yamazaki
Yamazaki began his career as an IT infrastructure engineer, deepening his understanding of technical foundations through system development and maintenance work.
He later transitioned to the human resources industry, where he was responsible for career transition support for technical engineers at Recruit. He was awarded MVP in recognition for improving the quality of remote interviews in regional markets. Building on these experiences, he served as CSO at Wanted Japan, overseeing management strategy and business development. Yamazaki also executed overseas expansion support and fundraising support, primarily between Japan and Korea, at NAPS Co., Ltd. He subsequently joined TGC Square Pte. Ltd., the corporate venture capital arm of the Korean conglomerate SK Group, serving as an investment analyst in the deep tech sector, focusing on semiconductors and AI. He currently serves at UMI Strategy & Finance, where he provides strategic consulting in the same sector, as well as investment and fundraising support. He graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University.
